Survivors of the Ariana Grande concert in Manchester last Monday have been given a reprieve after Ticketmaster changed the rules regarding those eligible for free tickets to Sunday’s One Love Manchester benefit concert.
After Mirror Online told the story of Laura Smith , a mother of two who was caught up in the events of May 22 with her young daughters, Ticketmaster changed the rules to let those who purchased their Ariana tickets from sites other than Ticketmaster, See Tickets, Eventim and Manchester Arena Box Office register for the free tickets to the upcoming concert.
A spokesperson for Ticketmaster confirmed to Mirror Online that certain third-party websites are now part of the free registration process.
“We are doing everything possible to extend the offer to all fans we can verify were at the show. All fans should register their details here ,” said a rep.
Those who bought tickets from Seatwave and Get Me In will be able to register via the link above.
In addition, when tickets are released on Friday, neither Seatwave, Get Me In or StubHub will carry resale listings for those who claimed their free tickets but wanted to sell them on – as this is “strictly forbidden” by the terms and conditions.
