X Factor hopefuls are in for a treat the next time they go to Judges’ Houses because Cheryl has bought a new six bedroom pad with hubby Jean-Bernard.
Mr and Mrs Fernandez-Versini have reportedly splashed out £5m on the mansion in Hertfordshire.
According to The Sun, the modest digs have six bedrooms, six bathrooms, a gym, swimming pool, steam room, rooftop bar and cinema.
It’s a far cry from the Newcastle council house that Cheryl grew up in.
Last year we reported that Cheryl’s dad had been forced to move from his former council house home after it was condemned.
Garry Tweedy, 51, lived in the former council house with Chezza’s step-mum Joanne but the whole row of around 40 properties on the street is being knocked down for safety reasons.
Garry, who split from Cheryl’s mum Joan Callaghan when the star was 11, since moved to a two-bedroom semi nearby, where rents are typically between £60 and £80 a week and properties go for about £45,000.
A source told the Sun: “They think the house is perfect. It’s got plenty of of rooms for Cheryl’s family to stay in when they travel down from Newcastle.”
Cheryl, 32, and her hubby, 34 are leaving their £4m digs in North London for the country home.
She is reckoned to be worth around £20m with £2m of it coming from her X Factor earnings.
Mirror Celeb have contacted Cheryl’s agent.
