James Cook awarded MMBF nod in Martino’s Birthday Honours

Aspiring film-maker & Youtuber James Cook known to some for his channel AFCGameByGame and his stints on Arsenal Fan TV has been awarded MMBF’s Rising Star Of The Year Award – the highest award offered by MMBF Trust which requires the personal nomination of MMBF founder Matthew C. Martino.

19year old Cook is currently studying Film & TV student at University of the Arts London on campus at London College of Communication. Following success on his YouTube channel he began working with ArsenalFanTv as a content creator, he also counts uMAXit Football amongst his employers – he initially joined them as a video editor and he now holds the role of YouTube Manager.

Throughout Cook’s brief career success has been the one by-word that has run across his CV and despite still undertaking his studies this hasn’t stopped him from producing top content and showing great early enterprise skills.

Cook has kept most of his future plans tight lipped but told us exclusively ‘I also plan to broaden my horizon and work on film sets if the opportunity presents itself’

The 19year old will benefit from a prize money as part of this award, industry mentoring, invitation to film related events and he will also get a chance to personally work with Matthew to develop any current or future projects.

The MMBF Rising Star Of The Year is the highest award offered by MMBF Trust who provide funding, grants and awards for film-makers and performers.
