Professor Green has admitted he sought the help of a therapist to help save his marriage to Millie Mackintosh.

The unlikely pair, who celebrate their second wedding anniversary this month, ran into trouble a year into their marriage and have been dogged by split rumours ever since.

However, with the help of professionals the rapper says his relationship with former Made In Chelsea star Millie – who reportedly demanded a divorce at a showbiz party back in April – is back on track and better than ever.

In a new interview the 31-year-old revealed they both see the same top psychologist and often sit down together with her to talk through any issues.

“Sometimes it’s easier to understand things when they come from the person who is completely removed from the situation. It’s one of the most constructive things I do in my life,” he told The Sun.

In his upcoming biography, the 31-year-old reveals where it all started to unfold and says the pair had a huge bust-up while on holiday in Jamaica where they were enjoying a booze-free detox.

“We were at each other’s throats. We thought we f***ing hated each other. Then we ate normally and had a glass of wine and it was fine. It was the lack of sugar, 100 per cent. I’m never doing that again.”
