Former X Factor star Stacey Solomon has spoken out to support Cheryl Fernandez-Versini after she said ‘body shaming’ should be made illegal.
The mum-of-two jumped to Chezza’s defence, saying: “Everyone should stop comparing one woman to another because we’re all completely different.”
Pop star and X Factor judge Cheryl recently answered concern from fans about her seemingly shrinking body by saying comments about her figure should be stopped.
“I can take whatever they [the press] throw at me after 13 years, what worries me is what it’s doing to the younger generation. And some of the people writing this stuff are women. There is no sisterhood,” Cheryl told ES Magazine.
She added: “The body shaming has to stop. It’s bulls***. Something has to be done, changed, even if it’s done in law.”
