Calvin Harris didn’t wade into Taylor Swift and Avril Lavigne row – fans tricked by fake tweet

Calvin allegedly waded into the debate AGAIN

Calvin Harris appeared to have defended his girlfriend Taylor Swift yet AGAIN.

The superstar DJ allegedly waded in on the Twitter row sparked by Avril Lavigneafter Taylor liked a post suggesting she was nicer to her fans than the singer but it turns out the post was a fake! Just when we thought Taylor couldn’t fight her own battles anymore.

Calvin, 31, allegedly told Avril: “She didn’t judge you she doesn’t judge anyone! She was only having fun with her fans, not trying to compare you,” but fans pointed out it wasn’t a real tweet and doesn’t appear on the DJ’s feed.

The initial row all kicked off when the Love Story singer liked a post on Tumblr that suggested she was more personal with her fans than the likes of fellow stars Avril, Britney Spears, Katy Perry and Kanye West.

“This is most celebs with fans… And this is Taylor,” the collage was captioned.

The picture of Avril shows her awkwardly posing with a fan at a meet and greet after they forked out £200 to have the pleasure of meeting their idol in the flesh.

According to reports, the star’s security team ordered the meet and greeters not to touch her, unless she touched them first, which would explain a lot.

But hitting back at her critics – and seemingly Taylor – the Complicated singer told the star and fans they shouldn’t compare or judge people.
