The Geordie Shore star, who found fame on the MTV reality show, was asked if she’d like to have a go at Strictly Come Dancing, but said she’d heard they can be quite snobby.
When she was informed Mark Wright had taken part in the show, Charlotte replied: “I don’t know why, but people bow down to him as if he’s some kind of king, when really he’s quite s**t and he doesn’t have that much of a personality!”
Not stopping there, the 25-year-old even questioned how the former TOWIE star still manages to find jobs.
“Why does he keeping getting work?!” she added to Star magazine.
Before his time on TOWIE Mark was a semi-professional footballer. After starring in the ITV reality show he went on to present Take Me Out: The Gossip, though two of his shows – Mark Wright’s Hollywood Nights and an entertainment series with Melanie Sykes called My Man Can – were both dropped.
As well as Strictly, Michelle Keegan’s other half also took part in 2011’s I’m a Celebrity… Get Me Out of Here and was runner up to McFly’s Dougie Poynter.
During an appearance on This Morning, she said: “I did Celebrity Big Brother and I’d really love to go into the jungle now – but I don’t think they’d have us. They said they don’t want anyone from Geordie Shore.
“Apparently it’s because we’re not a very family-friendly show. But I know lots of families who watch our show.”
