Gwen Stefani has filed for divorce from husband of 13 years Gavin Rossdale.
The couple have three children together – nine-year-old Kingston, six-year-old Zuma and 17-month-old Apollo.
The pair met on tour in 1995 and wed in 2002 in a lavish ceremony held at St Paul’s Cathedral in London.
“While the two of us have come to the mutual decision that we will no longer be partners in marriage, we remain partners in parenthood and are committed to jointly raising our three sons in a happy and healthy environment,” they said in a joint statement.
The singer has cited irreconcilable differences as the reason for their split and is asking for joint custody of their three kids, according to TMZ.
While Gavin, 49, who reportedly filed his response at the same time, is also asking for joint custody.
Gwen checked the box to terminate Gavin’s ability for spousal support.
The No Doubt star, who is worth a reported $80 million, and the 49-year-old, who is thought to be worth $35 million, are said to not have a pre-nup in place.
