Nick Young ‘reaches settlement with woman who accused him of drugging and raping her’

Nick Young has reached a settlement with a woman who accused him of rape, it has been claimed.

Iggy Azalea’s fiance was accused of drugging a woman he met at a Hollywood bar in 2011, according to reports, before allegedly assaulting her back at his home.

The woman filed a lawsuit in 2013 making the shock claims, after the police reportedly investigated her allegations but dismissed them due to the story ‘being flawed’.

According to TMZ, the woman claimed she went to the UCLA Santa Monica Rape Treatment Center , where it was found she had injuries consistent with rape.

She initially asked for $3million to settle, but Young refused for years, determined to prove his innocence.

However, while the details of the settlement are confidential, he has now reportedly reached an agreement with the accuser, and the case has since been dismissed.

A settlement doesn’t indicate any admission of guilt, as people can settle for any reason from high court costs and time commitments, to an attempt to avoid a trial.

The original lawsuit reportedly alleged Young admitted they had sex, but claimed hestopped when she passed out .

Young spoke out in 2013 to deny the allegations on Instagram, writing: “I was shocked with the amount of people who actually believed that Swaggy would do such a thing! I take my craft and my reputation seriously. I have a son that looks up to me as well as fans that are children. I would never want them to think of me in such a way.”
